Southern Illinois University’s athletics department has launched a new initiative called "Live With Luke," designed to reward men’s basketball season ticket holders with a series of exclusive giveaways.
Weekly Livestreams Bring Fans Into the Conversation
The broadcasts air every Wednesday at noon on the Saluki Basketball Facebook page, beginning August 12, and are hosted by Luke Martin. Each episode features appearances from Saluki coaches, staff and student‑athletes, creating a behind‑the‑scenes look at the program.
During each stream, every season ticket holder is automatically entered into a drawing for that week’s prize. The inaugural giveaway includes a UIC Road Trip Package that covers tickets to the SIU men’s basketball game at UIC and round‑trip Amtrak tickets to Chicago.
Additional rewards range from Cook Club passes and tickets to SIU football games to season‑ticket upgrades and signed memorabilia, providing a variety of incentives throughout the campaign.
Exhibition games against Lindenwood and Tennessee Tech are open to season ticket holders at no cost, and the nonconference slate features road trips to Kansas City, Richmond, Liberty (Charlotte), the Paradise Jam MTE in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Portland State, Washington State, SEMO and Little Rock.
