The opening contest on September 12 against UC Davis will adopt a crisp white motif, encouraging supporters to dress in the color while the first two thousand ticket holders receive commemorative crowns as part of a promotional push for quarterback Kevin Jennings’ Heisman aspirations.

Later, on October 17, the matchup with Virginia will be part of the Salute to Service and Hall of Fame Game, highlighted by a Stripe Out initiative that asks supporters to wear black and gold to create a unified visual display.
Fan Appreciation and Club Takeaway Night
Fan Appreciation Day on October 24, when California visits, will distribute an exclusive SMU stitch‑link hat to the first two thousand guests, underscoring the program’s gratitude for its most loyal followers. The November 6 showdown with Virginia Tech will be designated Club Takeaway Night, gifting the first five thousand students light‑up sticks that will illuminate the stadium during key moments.
