Preseason Rankings Set the Stage
Snow College’s men’s soccer program has been handed a 19th‑place preseason ranking in the NJCAA Division I poll for 2026, a placement that reflects the momentum built during a breakout 2025 campaign in which the Badgers posted a 14‑5 overall record and captured the Scenic West Athletic Conference regular‑season championship for the first time in school history.
The preseason poll is led by Indian Hills Community College, with the next five spots occupied by Cowley County Community College, Mohave Community College and Tyler Junior College, underscoring the depth of competition that the Badgers will encounter.
A Challenging Schedule Awaits
The 2026 slate includes five matchups against teams that also rank within the top 20 of the poll, beginning with a home game against No. 18 Casper College on August 20 at 1:00 p.m., followed by a contest with No. 13 Arizona Western College on August 22 at 3:30 p.m. at the Snow College Soccer Complex in Ephraim.
These early tests will challenge the Badgers as they look to translate their recent success into a deeper postseason run, with the coaching staff emphasizing disciplined defending and set‑piece efficiency.
Looking Ahead
Fans and alumni are eager to see how the team will respond to the heightened competition, hoping the early‑season battles will forge the chemistry needed for a championship push.
