Schnall arrives with a clear vision, assembling a staff that blends proven expertise with fresh perspectives. Chad Oxendine, formerly an associate head coach at Coastal Carolina, will oversee outfield duties, while Bill Cilento, a longtime offensive architect at Wake Forest, takes charge of hitting development. Matt Williams, who served as pitching coach for the Gamecocks in 2024, returns to sharpen the mound strategy.
