Three rising stars from the University of Southern Mississippi’s baseball program have been selected for the prestigious USA Baseball Collegiate National Team Training Camp, a gateway to international competition.

A Trio of Talents

Grayden Harris arrives as the Southern Conference’s Pitcher of the Year and a Ferriss Trophy finalist, having posted an 8‑1 record, a 4.02 ERA and 107 strikeouts during the 2026 season.

Camden Clark, a first‑team All‑Sun Belt selection and member of the NCBWA Stopper of the Year Mid‑Season Watch List, enters the camp with an 8‑0 record, five saves and a 2.93 ERA to his name.

Camden Sunstrom, who transformed from a bullpen arm into a reliable starter, finishes the season at 6‑4 with a 3.10 ERA, showcasing his adaptability and poise on the mound.

The camp kicks off on Wednesday, June 24, and will bring together the nation’s most promising pitchers to battle for a coveted spot on the team that will represent the United States at the World Collegiate Baseball Championship in Taichung City, Taiwan.

USA Baseball will announce its final Collegiate National Team on Sunday, July 5, and the selected squad will travel to Taiwan for the championship games running from July 11 through July 15.

All three pitchers will return to Hattiesburg for their junior seasons, carrying the experience of a potential international run into the next chapter of their collegiate careers.
