Southwest Ohio Baseball Coaches Association Releases 2026 Weekly Poll

Oak Hills, Badin, and Summit Country Day headline the latest divisional rankings

Regional Rankings Spotlight Early Season Leaders

The Southwest Ohio Baseball Coaches Association has issued its sixth weekly poll for the 2026 high school baseball season, offering a snapshot of team performance across seven divisions.

The association structures its rankings into three distinct polls: one that combines Divisions I and II, another that merges Divisions III and IV, and a final poll that encompasses Divisions V, VI, and VII.

In the top tier, Oak Hills emerged as the leader, earning 71 points and three first‑place votes, while St. Xavier and Moeller trailed closely with 70 and 67 points respectively.

Badin dominated the middle tier, capturing first place in the Divisions III and IV poll with 50 points and five first‑place votes, while Turpin and La Salle shared the second spot with 31 points each.

Summit Country Day headed the lower divisions, securing 49 points and four first‑place votes in the Divisions V, VI, and VII ranking, followed by Madeira and Blanchester with 46 and 39 points.

The latest rankings not only underscore the early season form of these programs but also set the stage for competitive matchups as the schedule progresses.
