Sporting Club Jacksonville has announced its fall women's soccer schedule for the 2026 Gainbridge Super League season, a 14‑game campaign that opens on August 15.
The transitional season will see the team travel to face Fort Lauderdale United FC before returning home for its first match on August 22, a 7 p.m. showdown against Tampa Bay Sun FC at the University of North Florida’s Hodges Stadium.
A Milestone Season for the Club
In its inaugural 2025‑26 campaign the club finished second in the league, a strong showing that set the stage for the upcoming schedule. Midfielder Ashlyn Puerta was recognized as the league’s Player of the Year, highlighting the team’s rising talent.
The roster of opponents includes Fort Lauderdale United FC, Tampa Bay Sun FC and Carolina Ascent FC, with seven home games slated for Hodges Stadium. The league has been trimmed to eight teams after Spokane Zephyr withdrew in May, and the United Soccer League announced in June that it will realign the calendar to accommodate the new format.
Club President Stacey Balaam said the schedule reflects the club’s ambition to grow the sport in the region while providing fans with competitive matchups across the Southeast.
