Summit League Unveils 2026‑27 Women's Basketball slate for North Dakota State
The Summit League revealed this week that the 2026‑27 women's basketball schedule for North Dakota State runs from early January through late February, comprising fourteen contests that blend home‑court dominance with a handful of road trips.
All but a few games will be staged on Thursday or Saturday evenings, a pattern that has become familiar to the Bison faithful and helps accommodate both student‑athlete schedules and television partners.
North Dakota State will enjoy seven home dates inside the modern Scheels Center, a venue that has become a focal point for campus gatherings and local supporters alike.
The Bison's first test on the road comes on February 7, when they travel to St. Thomas for a non‑conference showdown, before heading back to Fargo to meet North Dakota on February 26 in the final league meeting of the regular season.
The Summit League Tournament is slated for March 4‑7 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where the Bison hope to add another title to a résumé that already includes championship‑round appearances in two of the past three seasons.
Coach Kyle Miller praised the non‑conference opponents and highlighted the team's preparation, noting that the mix of familiar rivals and new environments should sharpen the squad heading into the postseason.
