Taco Bell has teamed up with Madrid‑based agency Fuego Camina Conmigo to launch a limited‑edition soccer boot for the World Cup season, turning the brand’s iconic taco into a literal tread on the pitch.
The footwear, developed with YYPLUSPLUS Studio, showcases ten taco‑shaped studs crafted from flexible resin and secured with stainless‑steel screws, all rendered in the chain’s signature red, orange and yellow palette.
More than a gimmick, a tasty reward
Each pair comes with a custom Taco Bell key that unlocks a year’s supply of free tacos, turning the promotional stunt into a tangible perk for fans.
The campaign also enlisted LaLiga veteran Pablo Alfaro, whose reputation for red cards adds a playful twist as he embraces the humor and helps convey the message.
