Today the facility hosts the Tacoma Stars Reserves and the Tacoma Galaxy women’s side in the Western Indoor Soccer League, offering fans an intimate setting where every pass feels close enough to hear.
A second‑level bar called The Far Post gives spectators a unique vantage point, while the two indoor fields have also accommodated arena football, hurling and mixed‑martial‑arts events, underscoring the center’s versatility.
This season the venue will stage the Joga 253 tournament, a $10,000 winner‑take‑all competition that brings together teams from the United States and Mexico, highlighting its growing international profile.
A Legacy Carved in Dasher Boards
Adding to the narrative, the center’s dasher boards were salvaged from the Seattle Sounders’ NASL indoor team that once called the Kingdome home, tying Tacoma’s soccer story to a broader Northwest heritage.
Beyond elite play, the center runs community programs like Lil’ Kickers and adult leagues, ensuring that soccer remains a year‑round pursuit for families across the region.
