Massey's career spans nearly two decades across a spectrum of leagues, from the NBA G League to international circuits in Japan, Syria and Canada, as well as stints in NCAA and NAIA programs. His diverse background equips him with a global perspective that aligns with the Air Force's emphasis on adaptability and excellence.
A Journey Marked by Success
His most recent role was as an assistant at St. Francis University, where his contributions helped the team climb to the top of the scoring and three‑point rankings in the nation. Prior to that, he served as associate head coach at Goldey‑Beacom College, guiding the team to a third‑place finish in its conference, and he previously led Atlantic Collegiate Academy High School to a 24‑3 record and a South Carolina State championship.
His seven‑year tenure in the NBA G League saw him develop players who later earned contracts in the NBA, underscoring his ability to nurture talent at the highest level.
International experience includes coaching the Syrian National Team, the Hiroshima franchise in Japan’s B‑League, and the Saskatchewan Rattlers, giving him a global perspective that aligns with the Air Force’s emphasis on adaptability.
