Historic Postseason Kickoff

Tarleton State Baseball is set to make its inaugural appearance in the NCAA Division I postseason, a milestone that has the university and its fans buzzing with anticipation.

The Texans will open play on Friday at 5 p.m. against UC Santa Barbara in the Austin Regional, a double‑elimination bracket that promises at least six games and possibly up to seven as the field battles for the championship.

Ticketing details have been released through Texas' Paciolan platform, with All‑Session Passes already on sale. Single‑game tickets will become available at 10 a.m. on the day of each contest, giving supporters a chance to secure seats for the action.

Ahead of the first game, the program is hosting a fan tailgate from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. just beyond the left‑field wall at UFCU Disch‑Falk Field. Limited refreshments will be provided by Smokey Moe's BBQ, though attendees are welcome to bring their own food and beverages.

Parking is available for $10 in Lot 118, and the game will be streamed live on ESPN+ while also airing on the Tarleton Sports Network on 90.5 FM. All matches at the Austin Regional will be broadcast on that radio frequency, ensuring comprehensive coverage for the community.
