Tarleton State Soccer has released its 2026 promotional schedule, a lineup that blends community outreach with a full slate of matches across the state.
Season Highlights
All home games will be held at the Tarleton State Soccer Complex in Stephenville, Texas, and admission will be free for every fan, underscoring the program’s commitment to accessibility.
Community Kickoff
The opening event, a Back 2 School Bash on August 20, will feature free food, a DJ and a poster autograph session with players after the 7 p.m. matchup against UTEP.
A week later, on August 27, the team will celebrate National Burger Day with a Grump’s burger giveaway before taking on UTRGV, adding a tasty twist to the pre‑match atmosphere.
Special Recognition Events
Military Appreciation is slated for August 30, when the Tarleton State Corps of Cadets will lead ceremonies before the game against Lamar, honoring service members and veterans.
Greek Life Night follows on September 17, inviting fraternities and sororities to join the crowd for the match against Texas Southern, fostering campus camaraderie.
Later in the month, a Purple Out contest on September 27 will see fans receive vuvuzelas as the team hosts Abilene Christian, marking the start of conference play.
Fall Festivities
The Fourth Annual Soctoberfest on October 15, presented by Niccoya, will showcase boot‑shaped beer steins and autumn décor when West Georgia visits, creating a festive fall backdrop.
Breast Cancer Awareness will be front and center on October 18 with a Pink Out match against Eastern Kentucky, distributing pink wristbands to supporters.
Halloween at the Pitch on October 25 will invite fans to dress in costumes and enjoy free candy during the game versus Little Rock.
Finally, Senior Day on November 1 will honor the graduating class in a home opener against Central Arkansas, capping a season that includes 19 regular‑season contests, nine of which will be played on home turf.
