The campaign kicks off on September 12 with a ‘Light Up The Carter’ night, setting a vibrant tone for the opener against Grambling State.
A week later, the Horned Frogs host Arkansas State for a Family Weekend showdown, inviting supporters to bring relatives into the stadium atmosphere.
On October 3, TCU will honor its most recent athletics legends during Block T Hall of Fame Weekend when BYU visits, spotlighting the program’s rich history.
A Season of Spectacle
Homecoming arrives on October 24, featuring a clash with West Virginia that traditionally draws a massive student crowd.
The most eye‑catching event arrives on Halloween night, October 31, when Kansas steps onto the field for a game dubbed ‘Haunting at The Carter.’ The evening will feature dramatic lighting, costume contests and a packed student section, marking the first home game on Oct. 31 since 2009.
Later in the month, on November 14, the Horned Frogs will host Kansas State for a ‘Freedom Frogs’ contest that pays tribute to service members, veterans and the broader military community.
The regular home slate concludes on November 21 with a matchup against Utah, capped by a ‘Frog Appreciation Day’ celebration that blends school spirit with a nod to the mascot’s cultural impact.
Across the schedule, TCU’s strategy is clear: each themed night is intended to sharpen the game‑day atmosphere, boost ticket sales and give fans a reason to return week after week, reinforcing the pageantry that has long defined college football at the university.
