Recruiting Class Overview
The University of Tennessee Lady Vols have earned a No. 5 position in the 2026 recruiting class, the highest ranking ever recorded by a Southeastern Conference school. The class comprises fifteen newcomers, blending ten freshmen with five experienced transfers, setting the stage for a deep roster ahead of the upcoming season.
Among the standout prospects is Ayva Jordan, the No. 6 overall recruit who earned the 2025 ECNL National Finals MVP and previously served on the U.S. Youth National Team from under‑15 through under‑19. Also drawing attention is Mimi Flanagan, a three‑time state champion who led Ursuline Academy to three consecutive TAPPS Division I titles and helped Sting Royal ECNL reach the ECNL Finals.
The transfer pool brings proven collegiate talent, including Kai Tsakiris, who topped Florida’s freshman squad in goals, assists and points and earned All‑SEC Third Team honors, and Lauryn Berry, who topped the ASUN Conference with 116 saves last season for Austin Peay.
Additional recruits such as Emerson Moore, Jayla Blue, Nyla Blue, Cora Fry, Olivia Feagin, Tesia Mikuta, Savannah Jackson, Claire DeCook, Ella Wiederaenders, Taylor Cheatham, Ines Derrien and Marlee Raymond further enrich the squad with a mix of high‑school accolades and national team experience.
The Lady Vols will open their 2026 campaign on August 13 against Rutgers at Regal Soccer Stadium, a match that will serve as the first test of a roster poised to contend for a strong season.
