Wide receiver Squirrel White led the receiving corps with 67 yards, and touchdowns were scored by Miles Kitselman and Holden Staes, each finding the end zone on reception.
Defensively, the Volunteers forced three turnovers, highlighted by Will Brooks returning an interception for a touchdown and safety Dominic Bailey and cornerback Jeremiah Telander recovering fumbles, illustrating a balanced effort on both sides of the ball.
The dominant win not only showcased a potent offense and a knack for creating takeaways but also set an optimistic tone for the remainder of the schedule, suggesting the Volunteers could be poised for a strong campaign.
