The Aggies have once again been honored with the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award, marking the 15th consecutive year they have received the distinction and the 17th time overall.
A Record of Consistency
To qualify, a squad must maintain a collective GPA of at least 3.0 across all rostered players, and Texas A&M exceeded that benchmark with a composite score of 3.46 for the fall 2025 and spring 2026 terms.
The recognition is more than a numbers game; it reflects a culture that values scholarship as much as sport, a point emphasized by coaches and academic staff alike.
Dean’s Honor Roll and SEC Recognition
Last year, six Aggie athletes earned spots on the College Sports Communicators Academic All‑District Team, highlighting the depth of scholarly talent within the program.
In addition, 24 players were placed on the Dean’s Honor Roll for the fall 2025 semester, including ten who remain active on the roster such as Trinity Buchanan, Kat Campbell and Hattie Patterson.
The academic momentum continued into the SEC, where 12 athletes made the 2025 Fall Academic Honor Roll and nine freshmen secured places on the 2025‑26 First‑Year SEC Academic Honor Roll.

These achievements ripple beyond individual GPAs, reinforcing Texas A&M’s reputation as a powerhouse that excels both on the field and in the classroom, and they set a standard for peer institutions.
