Hosting the Regional
Texas A&M baseball will open the NCAA DI Baseball Tournament's Bryan‑College Station Regional at Olsen Field this week, marking the 14th time the Aggies have served as regional hosts.
The team arrives with a 39‑14 overall record and an 18‑11 mark in the SEC, positioning them among the conference’s most competitive squads.
Ranked third in the SEC for team batting average at .301 and second for home runs with 149, the Aggies bring a potent offensive lineup to the diamond.
After a postseason absence last year despite being the unanimous No. 1 preseason favorite, the Aggies have rebounded in Michael Earley’s second season as head coach, earning a spot in the regional field.
The Aggies will be at full strength for the College Station Regional, with key players Nico Partida and Aiden Sims returning from injury and expected to contribute immediately.
The complete schedule and the other teams in the field will be announced during the selection show tomorrow at 11 a.m. CT, a moment that could set the stage for a potential super regional in College Station.
