The 2026 edition of On3’s Top 100 Players in College Football has been released, and Texas A&M’s own Mario Craver and Marcus Ratcliffe have both earned spots on the prestigious list.
Top 100 Honors
Craver, a junior wide receiver who entered the program as a 2025 Biletnikoff Award semifinalist, landed at No. 33 overall, while safety Marcus Ratcliffe secured the No. 57 slot.
Craver’s Breakout Season
Craver’s impact was on full display in the Aggies’ season‑opening victory over Notre Dame, where he amassed 207 receiving yards and capped the performance with an 86‑yard touchdown reception.
His statistical line for the season placed him sixth in the SEC with 917 receiving yards on 59 catches and four touchdowns, complemented by 81 rushing yards and a rushing score on 11 carries.
Beyond the numbers, Craver’s consistency earned him FWAA All‑America Second Team and All‑SEC Third Team honors, underscoring his status as one of the conference’s most reliable playmakers.
Ratcliffe’s Defensive Impact
Safety Marcus Ratcliffe finished seventh among SEC safeties with 65 tackles, including 32 solo stops, and added three pass breakups while posting an 80.3 defensive grade — the sixth‑highest mark among his peers last season.
Ratcliffe’s reliability was evident in eight games where he recorded five or more tackles, highlighted by a season‑high eight stops against both Notre Dame and Mississippi State.
Season Outlook
The Aggies will open the 2026 campaign on Sept. 5 against Missouri State before hosting Arizona State on Sept. 12 and Kentucky on Sept. 19, a schedule that promises early tests for the newly recognized duo.
