Texas A&M’s men’s basketball program has released its non‑conference slate for the 2026‑27 season, a schedule that blends home‑court dominance with a series of high‑profile road tests.
The Aggies will begin the year with five straight games at Reed Arena in College Station, starting with a matchup against Alabama State on November 3, followed by a showdown with Oklahoma State on November 12.
Notable Non‑Conference Opponents
The lineup includes a Power‑4 clash with Stanford as part of the SEC/ACC Challenge on December 2, a trip to Fort Worth to meet TCU on November 19, and a first‑ever meeting with Florida State at the Toyota Center in Houston on December 12. The Aggies will also head to the Bahamas for the Battle 4 Atlantis tournament, where they will square off against Marquette and Xavier.
Before the regular season, Texas A&M will stage an exhibition game against Southern Methodist University at Moody Coliseum in Dallas on October 25, giving fans a first look at the new roster.
The schedule will wrap up non‑conference play with three additional home games, after which conference competition begins. Tip times and television designations for all contests will be announced in the coming weeks.
