Cal State Fullerton’s women’s basketball head coach Sammy Doucette has revealed the full complement of staff who will guide the program through the 2026‑27 campaign, a lineup that blends championship experience with fresh leadership.
A staff built for championship aspirations
The announcement brings together three seasoned assistants — Jason Hill, Jana Pearson and Ali Elmi — each of whom has contributed to title‑winning programs at the University of Hawai'i, Cal State San Marcos and across multiple collegiate divisions.
Joining them are Meghan McIntyre, recently graduated from the University of San Francisco and named Director of Operations, and Brian Brennan, a veteran with more than two decades of coaching and recruiting experience, appointed Director of Player Development.
Looking ahead
Doucette emphasized that the new roster reflects a deliberate effort to sustain the momentum generated by last season’s winning record and Big West Championship quarterfinal run, positioning the Titans to remain competitive in the conference and beyond.
