Top 100 Basketball Camp in South Carolina Draws Elite Prospects and Syracuse Coaching Staff

College coaches, including Gerry McNamara, attend the NBPA Top 100 Camp to evaluate 2027 and 2028 recruits.

A Talent‑Rich Gathering

The NBPA Top 100 Camp will run from June 8 through June 11 in Rock Hill, South Carolina, gathering some of the nation’s most coveted high school basketball prospects.

During the NCAA’s live period, which permits college coaches to evaluate players, the camp will welcome a cadre of guest coaches such as former NBA point guard Rajon Rondo, Phil Handy and Tom Crean, adding a layer of mentorship to the competition.

Syracuse University’s newly appointed head coach Gerry McNamara is slated to be on the sidelines, scouting talent that includes five‑star point guard Nasir Anderson from Prolific Prep in Fort Lauderdale and King Gibson of Spire Academy in Geneva, Ohio.

The roster of invited players also features wing Isaiah Hamilton from Montverde Academy, forward Zion Green from Mt. Zion Preparatory Academy, and wing‑forward Moussa Kamissoko from Long Island Lutheran, among others, many of whom have previously expressed interest in the Orange.

Beyond skill drills and scrimmages, the camp offers combine testing, educational sessions and the chance for prospects to showcase their abilities in front of a national audience, making it a pivotal stop on the summer recruiting circuit.
