Tyler Douthitt has stepped into the interim head coach role for the Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College men's soccer program, a move that has generated considerable buzz within the campus and local community.
A native of Claremore, Oklahoma, Douthitt brings a deep personal connection to the team, having both played and served as a coach for the program before earning his associate degree in construction management and being recognized as a First Team Academic All‑American during his freshman and sophomore seasons.
His playing career was complemented by a U.S. Soccer "C" License, underscoring his commitment to coaching excellence, while his academic achievements highlighted a balance of sport and scholarship.
