The University of California, Davis has unveiled its 2026 men’s soccer slate, confirming that the Aggies will host seven regular‑season matches at Aggie Soccer Field. The schedule marks the program’s first year competing in the Mountain West Conference, a milestone that builds on a decade of growth for the program.
The home opener is set for August 23, when the Aggies welcome Cal Poly to Davis. Earlier in August, the team will also face exhibition opponents Cal on August 13 and Chico State on August 16, providing a chance to fine‑tune before the official start.
Key Dates and Venues
The season opens with exhibitions on August 13 and 16, followed by the home opener on August 23. Conference action begins September 26 at San Jose State, and the final regular‑season match arrives November 6 against the same opponent. The Mountain West Championship will be held November 8‑14, leading into the NCAA Tournament that starts November 19.
Conference play features a ten‑match round robin, including home matches against Air Force on September 30, Utah Tech on October 23, UNLV on October 28 and Grand Canyon on November 1. Road trips will take the Aggies to Stanford, Seattle, Washington, Las Vegas, Phoenix and other key locations throughout the fall.
Beyond the conference schedule, the Aggies will close August with matches at Pacific on August 27 and Stanford on August 30, then travel to Utah Tech on October 4 and Grand Canyon on October 10. The regular season wraps up with home games against Utah Tech, UNLV and Grand Canyon before the final showdown with San Jose State on November 6.
