A robust non‑conference slate
The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa women’s soccer program unveiled its 2026 schedule, promising a busy stretch before the team steps onto Mountain West Conference turf. Seven regular‑season home matches will be played on Oʻahu, giving fans ample opportunities to catch the Rainbow Wahine in action.
The preseason begins with the OUTRIGGER Soccer Kickoff, followed by the OUTRIGGER Invitational and the OUTRIGGER No Ka Oi tournament, each featuring a mix of regional and national powerhouses. The season opener is set for August 13 against Texas Tech, and the slate also includes contests with Kansas State, Western Michigan, Idaho and Hawaiʻi Pacific.
In addition to the regular season, the team will test itself against Seattle University in an exhibition match and will also play an alumni showcase, providing extra preparation before the rigors of conference play.
Road to the Mountain West
The Rainbow Wahine will open their Mountain West campaign on the road, traveling to face Colorado College and Air Force before returning to Honolulu for their first‑ever home conference match against Nevada on October 7.
The regular season will conclude with a final away game at Wyoming on November 7, rounding out a schedule that blends challenging non‑conference opponents with the excitement of the team’s inaugural conference season.
Looking ahead
With a demanding preseason and a historic first home conference match on the horizon, the 2026 Rainbow Wahine are poised to make a strong impression as they transition into Mountain West competition.
