US Club Soccer has announced the 2026 id2 National Selection International Tour, a two‑week journey that will bring together 18 girls and 18 boys born in 2012 for a developmental experience in England.
The adventure kicks off with a domestic camp at the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Georgia, where staff will narrow the field before the group departs for overseas competition.
After the camp, the selected players will travel to England, with the girls stationed in London for the remainder of the tour and the boys splitting their schedule between London and Liverpool.
The program is part of a broader scouting network that has evaluated more than 12,000 athletes since the summer of 2025, culminating in a selection process that includes national camps in February and again in April and May.
A Pathway to the Future
Head coaches Darel Russell and Hue Menzies, together with technical director Ross Paule, will oversee the participants, who will also benefit from the program’s recognition by the United States Olympic Committee and the U.S. Soccer Federation.
Beyond the on‑field exposure, the tour is fully funded, covering meals, lodging, gear and travel, reflecting US Club Soccer’s commitment to removing financial barriers for elite prospects.
The initiative builds on a legacy that has produced alumni such as Christian Pulisic, Tim Weah, Brendan Aaronson, Tyler Adams, Diego Luna, Lindsey Heaps, Trinity Rodman and Mallory Swanson, many of whom have gone on to represent the senior U.S. national teams.
With more than 90 scouts now embedded across the country, US Club Soccer continues to expand its talent identification infrastructure, aiming to become the largest scouting network in the United States.
