USA Field Hockey has revealed the roster of athletes who will represent the United States at the 2026 AAU Junior Olympic Games in the boys' field hockey competition, marking a milestone in the sport’s youth development pathway.
A New Competitive Landscape
For the first time, the tournament will feature standalone U-14 and U-18 7v7 competitions, giving younger players a dedicated stage to showcase their skills alongside older peers.
The event is scheduled to take place at the University of Iowa in Iowa City from August 4 through August 6, consolidating the competition into a focused, three‑day experience for the nation’s top prospects.
Training Under Coach Paul Singh
Mandatory training will commence on the opening day, led by U.S. U-21 Men’s National Team Head Coach Paul Singh, who will guide participants through skill refinement and tactical preparation before the first matches.
Over the subsequent two days, athletes will be evaluated and placed onto teams, receiving individualized feedback and development recommendations from a coaching staff committed to advancing each player’s potential.

The AAU Junior Olympic Games bring together more than 14,000 athletes competing across 20 sports, creating an Olympic‑style environment that immerses young competitors in a unique, multi‑disciplinary experience.
