South Florida has opened ticket sales for premium seating for the 2027 football season at its new on‑campus stadium, marking a major milestone in the university’s athletics infrastructure project.
Athletics CEO Rob Higgins said that all 28 luxury suites have been sold out, though a range of other premium areas remain available for fans seeking a distinctive game‑day experience.
Stadium Construction and Schedule
The $407 million facility is rising on the east side of the Tampa campus and is slated to host its inaugural game on September 5, 2027, when the Bulls take on Louisville. The slate will also include a home matchup against Florida A&M on September 18, with the remainder of the season devoted to American Conference opponents.
New head coach Brian Hartline will see his first season begin with the Bulls opening their final year at Raymond James Stadium on September 5 against Florida International, before moving into the new venue. General seating for the inaugural season will go on sale this fall, and season tickets are being offered at prices as low as $25 per game.
The new stadium’s website showcases animated renderings of each section and a timelapse video of construction, while the venue will also feature 22 living‑room boxes, 17 loge boxes and roughly 2,200 club seats alongside the sold‑out luxury suites.
