The Utah State Aggies have announced a revised slate of games that will shape the next several seasons, featuring new home fixtures, adjusted dates and a major conference shift.
A revamped schedule
Among the new home fixtures, the Aggies will host the Mercyhurst Lakers in 2027 and welcome Idaho State in 2031, adding fresh opponents to the roster.
A previously set matchup with Nevada that was slated for September 25 has been moved to September 11, giving the team an earlier test in the season.
Looking further ahead, the 2029 season will see the Aggies travel to Oregon on September 8 and to Nevada on September 22, marking key road contests.
The 2026 campaign opens with a home game against Idaho State on September 5, setting the tone for the transition year.
Conference realignment
Starting in the 2026‑27 academic year, Utah State will leave the Mountain West Conference and join the Pac‑12, a move that brings new rivalries and heightened visibility.
The shift also aligns the program with a broader geographic footprint, linking the team with schools across the western United States as it prepares for the next chapter.
