The University of Texas at El Paso announced that its football program will appear in six nationally televised contests during the 2026 campaign, marking a significant increase in exposure for the Miners.
National Television Highlights
Three of those broadcasts will originate from Sun Bowl Stadium, each slated for a FOX network slot, while a single road game will be carried by The CW. The remaining contests will stream exclusively through the newly launched Mountain West+ platform.
The conference has positioned MW+ as the primary destination for live sports not already on national television, offering fans a dedicated streaming service that will cover all 21 Mountain West‑sponsored events beginning July 1.
Key Matchups and Timing
Fans can look forward to home confrontations with Nevada on October 10, Hawai’i on November 7 and Wyoming on November 14, all of which will be announced with kickoff times twelve days in advance. The lone away game on The CW is set for November 21 at 6 p.m. Mountain Time against Air Force.
Details on broadcast windows are released shortly before each game, giving viewers a clear view of when their favorite Miners will be on screen.
