The Vermont Soccer Association has partnered with Propel Pro to launch a comprehensive soccer development program that aims to broaden access to the sport across the Green Mountain State.
A new pathway for Vermont’s soccer players
The Vermont Development Program is organized into three distinct age bands — 8 to 10, 11 to 14, and 15 to 19 — and offers multiple participation tiers, ranging from a no‑cost team‑based entry level to an advanced, individualized coaching track.
Athletes can engage through live weekly group sessions, asynchronous video analysis, and custom coaching plans that extend beyond the traditional team environment, giving them continuous feedback and skill development.
Bridging gaps in rural and underserved areas
Program leaders say the initiative directly addresses the access challenges that have historically limited opportunities in rural and underserved communities, ensuring that geographic barriers do not dictate participation.
Daniel Levy, CEO and founder of Propel Pro, emphasized that the partnership is focused on strengthening connections between athletes and coaches, and on delivering high‑quality resources to every corner of Vermont.
Andrew Minnis, executive director of the Vermont Soccer Association, highlighted that the program will give players more training options and a clearer pathway to reach their potential, regardless of where they live.
Every athlete and team can enter the program at no cost, and a 30‑day free trial provides full access to the Select tier experience, allowing participants to explore the program’s advanced features before committing.
