Warriors Unveil 2026‑27 Schedule
The University of Louisiana at Monroe has released its 2026‑27 women’s basketball schedule, confirming 16 home games at the b1Bank Fant Coliseum and a full conference slate of 18 Sun Belt matches.
The lineup introduces new rivalries, notably the first meetings with the Ohio Bobcats and Louisiana Tech, while also featuring high‑profile non‑conference games against SEC teams such as Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Head coach Scotty Fletcher, who led the Warhawks to a three‑game winning streak and a quarterfinal appearance in the 2025‑26 Sun Belt Tournament, said the schedule reflects the program’s growing momentum and ambition for a deep postseason run.
Early November will see the team host four consecutive home games against Centenary, Central Arkansas, Arkansas‑Pine Bluff and Sam Houston before traveling to Ohio for a MAC‑SBC Challenge matchup on November 2 and participating in the Big Easy Classic in New Orleans on November 27‑28.
December brings a pair of marquee road trips to Alabama, along with home games against Old Dominion on December 31 and Coastal Carolina on January 2, sandwiching a holiday showdown with Arkansas on December 28.
The new year includes a four‑game road swing against Appalachian State, Georgia State, the Ragin’ Cajuns and Southern Miss, before the team shifts focus to the Sun Belt Women’s Basketball Championship, scheduled for March 2‑8 at the Pensacola Bay Center in Florida.
