Rodney Tisdale Jr., the 2025 CUSA Freshman of the Year, emerged as a dynamic playmaker, throwing for 1,432 yards and nine touchdowns while posting a season‑high 371 passing yards in a single game. His ability to connect on deep routes and find the end zone has already drawn praise from coaches and analysts alike.
Safety Jaylen Lewis anchored the defense, starting every game and tallying 74 total tackles, 3.5 for loss, and three interceptions. His presence in the secondary adds stability to a unit that aims to limit big plays.
