Woodrow Lowder, the 1A boys basketball All‑State Player of the Year, has officially signed a letter of intent to continue his career at Hartnell College in Salinas, California.
During his senior season at Rockland High School, Lowder helped the Bulldogs capture four state trophies, highlighted by a championship victory that capped a memorable high school career.
He concluded the season with averages of 18.9 points, 7.6 rebounds, 4.1 steals and 2.1 assists per game, and he scored 16 points before fouling out in the title‑game win over Garden Valley.

Lowder’s decision marks a pivotal moment for both the player and the small Idaho town that has cheered his rise from local courts to national recognition.
