The Women's Professional Baseball League (WPBL) has unveiled its 2026 schedule, confirming a full slate of games that will be held at a single venue.
All contests are slated for Robin Roberts Stadium in Springfield, Illinois, giving the league a centralized home field for the first time and creating a unique backdrop for the upcoming season.
A cross‑country showcase on the diamond
The lineup pits franchises from Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and Boston against one another, promising a coast‑to‑coast showdown that will test travel logistics and highlight the league's national reach.
Games are set to run from August through September, with most matchups scheduled for a 6:30 p.m. Central Time kickoff to accommodate television partners and fans across the country.
A handful of Saturday afternoons will feature a 1 p.m. start, allowing families and local audiences to enjoy daylight baseball while still capturing prime viewing hours.
The league has indicated that the schedule is subject to change, leaving flexibility for adjustments related to venue availability, player health protocols and broadcasting considerations.
