He becomes the first player in Concordia University Irvine history to be named to the CSC Second Team Academic All‑America® roster, a testament to his disciplined approach to both study and sport.
The PacWest Conference further honored Madison by naming him Scholar‑Athlete of the Year, an award that spotlights individuals who demonstrate superior performance in competition while maintaining academic excellence.
On the mound, Madison posted a 5‑1 record with a 3.21 earned‑run average and fanned 73 batters across 67.1 innings, highlighted by a career‑high 13 strikeouts against Westmont and two separate outings with double‑digit strikeouts.
At the plate he batted .277, launched a team‑leading 10 home runs and drove in 39 runs, while compiling 15 multi‑hit games, including a five‑game hitting streak that underscored his consistency.
Off the field, Madison is pursuing an Engineering degree with a perfect 4.0 GPA and calls Los Alamitos, California, his hometown, a background that has shaped his work ethic and competitive spirit.
