Summer Conditioning Gets Underway
The Wynne Stingers football program will begin its summer conditioning sessions tomorrow, offering players an optional chance to hone their skills before the upcoming season.
Practice will run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on a series of dates throughout June and July, with workouts spread across the town’s high school and junior high facilities.
June’s schedule features two sessions at Wynne High School on June 9 and June 15, and two more at Wynne Junior High School on June 22 and June 29. In July, the team will meet every Monday and Thursday at Wynne High School, continuing the progressive build‑up.
Participants are required to wear cleats for each session, and the program will culminate on July 30 with a water‑fun, team‑building day designed to reinforce camaraderie before the new season.
Looking Ahead
Coaches emphasize that the conditioning regimen is voluntary, allowing athletes to join based on personal availability while still providing a structured path to peak physical readiness.
