Garrett Smithley, a veteran of more than 200 NASCAR starts, makes his debut with Young’s Motorsports in the No. 42 Chevrolet. Smithley’s history at the track includes a strongest finish of 19th, and his extensive background is expected to add depth to the team’s performance.
