Founders Park Set for Major Renovation Ahead of 2027 Season
The Islamorada Village Council and school board have approved a $3.8 million project to upgrade Founders Park baseball field, featuring new artificial turf, dugouts and fencing, ready for the 2027 season. The school district will cover the costs, aiming to improve safety and reduce maintenance expenses.
