House Increases Funding for Miami Freedom Park Roadway Amid Stadium Plans
House budget leaders have earmarked $5 million for a new access road that will link 37th Avenue to a planned park and city hall, while the Senate has yet to act. The infrastructure supports a larger mixed‑use project that includes a $350 million soccer stadium for Inter Miami CF, co‑owned by David Beckham, and a suite of retail, hospitality and office spaces slated for phased completion through 2030.
