Demons Earn ABCA Academic Excellence Award with 3.39 Team GPA
The 2025‑26 season saw Northwestern State's baseball squad achieve a 3.39 collective GPA, earning the ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award and placing 32 players on the honor roll, including nine with perfect 4.0 GPAs. Pitcher JC Acosta was also named the male recipient of the Southland Conference's FL McDonald Postgraduate Scholarship.
