Friday Night Baseball Returns to Apple TV in August
Apple and Major League Baseball have unveiled the August schedule for Friday Night Baseball on Apple TV, promising a string of doubleheaders that will keep viewers glued to the screen each Friday night throughout the month.
The lineup showcases classic rivalries, including the latest chapter in the Yankees‑Red Sox saga and a showdown between the Blue Jays and Mariners, while also featuring the Cubs, Cardinals, and a host of other clubs such as the Seattle Mariners, Chicago Cubs and Toronto Blue Jays.
Wayne Randazzo and Alex Faust will once again lead the broadcast teams, delivering play‑by‑play and analysis for the fifth straight season, while pregame shows will be anchored by Lauren Gardner, former All‑Star Eric Hosmer and insider Russell Dorsey.
Fans in the United States and Canada can also listen to home and away local radio broadcasts during the games, with the Canadian option limited to Toronto Blue Jays home games, ensuring that every pitch is accessible no matter where viewers tune in.
Apple TV subscribers in more than 60 countries and regions will have access to the games, which air on August 7, 14, 21 and 28, marking a busy month of baseball under the lights and a continued push to bring premium sports content to a global audience.
