Vols Gear Up for a Milestone Season
The University of Tennessee is gearing up for a pivotal 2026 football campaign, with fall training camp scheduled to open on August 5. The Vols are bringing a blend of seasoned veterans and emerging talent into the fold.

Media Days Spotlight Three Leaders
The spotlight will turn to three of those veterans — DeSean Bishop, Arion Carter and Jeremiah Telander — who have been selected to represent Tennessee at the SEC media days in Tampa, Florida, on July 20. Their recent performances have already sparked conversation among analysts.
Bishop, who rushed for 256 yards and 19 touchdowns last season, will join Carter, who logged 161 tackles and 13.5 tackles for loss, and Telander, who amassed 158 tackles and three fumble recoveries. Their presence at the media event underscores the team’s blend of experience and playmaking ability.
