Shamurad Umarov Returns for Fourth Season with Tennessee Volunteers
Shamurad Umarov, a redshirt junior offensive lineman from Alpharetta, Georgia, is entering his fourth year at the University of Tennessee with two years of eligibility remaining. After a 2025 season in which he started 10 games at left guard without allowing a sack, he is poised to anchor the Volunteers’ interior line as the 2026 schedule begins on September 5 against Furman.
