Kansas State Expands Alcohol Sales Across Stadium

New policy to boost fan experience starting 2026

Kansas State University will begin selling alcoholic beverages throughout Bill Snyder Family Stadium beginning with the 2026 season, a move announced by Athletics Director Gene Taylor that reflects a strategic shift aimed at enriching the fan experience and preserving the program’s competitive edge.

A New Era for Stadium Hospitality

Fans will be able to purchase beer, seltzers, canned cocktails and wine at multiple concession points, and they may carry their drinks back to their seats for consumption. The policy replaces the previous limited beer‑garden model that was confined to specific zones.

All purchases will be subject to strict safeguards: only individuals 21 years of age or older may buy alcohol, and each transaction will be limited to two drinks per person. Sales will halt at the end of the third quarter, and any patron who violates the rules may be ejected.

The re‑entry system will remain in place, allowing ticket holders to leave the venue and return through Gates D and E after the third quarter, provided their tickets are scanned electronically. An updated concessions map, slated for release in August, will highlight the new alcohol‑sale locations, and detailed FAQs will be posted on the K‑State Athletics website.

Season and single‑game tickets are available through the K‑State Athletics Ticket Office or online at www.kstatesports.com, where additional information about the new policy and other stadium regulations can be found.
