Nike announced a sweeping global partnership with Rush Soccer, the world’s largest youth soccer organization, to accelerate player development, coaching education, and community engagement across more than 50 countries.
The collaboration, which marks Nike’s first major footwear and apparel alliance with Rush Soccer, will grant the organization access to Nike headquarters and the newly opened Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Fayetteville, Georgia, a facility that debuted on May 7, 2026 and serves as a hub for coach and referee education.
Measuring Success Beyond the Logo
Justin Miller, chief executive of Rush Soccer, said the partnership reflects a commitment to grassroots growth and long‑term participation, emphasizing that success will be measured by the number of kids who stay on the pitch and the quality of coaching they receive, rather than by branding alone.
Pioneer Sports, the parent company of Rush Soccer, has urged the organization to think bigger, investing in infrastructure and programs that can convert the excitement generated by recent World Cup tournaments into sustained involvement in the sport.
A Model for Global Youth Sports
By leveraging Nike’s extensive resources and U.S. Soccer’s national training infrastructure, the alliance creates a template that other youth sports organizations could follow, blending commercial support with a focus on measurable community outcomes.
The agreement sets measurable targets for the next three to ten years, aiming to strengthen club ecosystems, expand coaching support networks, and deepen community outreach, ensuring that the partnership’s impact can be tracked and evaluated over time.
