FIFA’s intervention provided the guarantee needed to relocate the camp from Arizona, where logistical constraints had originally been planned, to a location closer to the match sites.

The team’s first two Group G encounters are scheduled for Los Angeles, where they will meet New Zealand and Belgium. Tijuana’s proximity to those venues shortens the journey compared with the earlier Arizona base, allowing for tighter training cycles and reduced fatigue.
