Front Office Reinforcements
Tyler Novy joins as Director of Business Development, leveraging his background with Old Tucson Studios and the Springfield Jr. Blues, where he honed his skills in sports and entertainment management.
Marshall Heim steps into the role of Manager of Ticket Service, Hospitality and Events, drawing on his tenure with the Knoxville Ice Bears and the University of Tennessee to shape customer‑focused experiences.
Zachary Larson will serve as Manager of Corporate Service and Development, tasked with cultivating corporate partner agreements, a responsibility he previously handled at Arizona Sports Enterprises and the University of Arizona Sports Management Association.
Carly Woodfield arrives as a Ticket Sales Account Executive, ready to guide fans toward ticket packages that match their preferences, having cut her teeth in the ticket sales department of Arizona Athletics.
Grace Ju, the new CRM/BI Analyst, will oversee customer relationship management and marketing analytics, bringing her analytical expertise from the University of Arizona and her roots in Saipan to the team’s data‑driven strategy.
