University of Hartford’s men’s soccer program is set to host a Nike Soccer Camp this summer, a initiative spearheaded by head coach Mike Kulas.
The camp will run on the university’s Al‑Marzook Field in two consecutive weeks: July 6 through 10 and July 13 through 17, giving families flexibility to choose the session that best fits their schedules.
Camp Structure and Pricing
Open to co‑ed participants aged five to sixteen, the program offers both half‑day and full‑day formats, with the latter priced at $439 for campers seven and older and the former at $319 for a five‑day week. Groups of four or more can benefit from team discounts, making the experience more affordable for clubs.
Training Philosophy
Under Kulas’s direction, the camp blends modern coaching methods with a structured curriculum that emphasizes technical skill development, tactical awareness, and competitive match play. Daily sessions feature age‑appropriate drills, scrimmages, and mini‑tournaments, while campers receive a Nike Camp T‑shirt and a selection of Nike prizes.
Check‑in begins fifteen minutes before each session, and while meals are not provided, the university’s campus facilities are available for families seeking additional convenience.
