A historic showcase
The 2026 Players Era Women's Basketball Showcase is set to light up the Michelob ULTRA Arena in Las Vegas on December 19‑20, 2026. The two‑day event will bring together six of the nation’s elite women’s programs for a series of high‑stakes contests that will be streamed live on ESPN and ESPN2.
Duke’s women’s team, currently ranked No. 3 in ESPN’s early Top 25, will open the tournament against Texas, marking the first meeting between the two powerhouses in two decades. The Blue Devils also hold a perfect 6‑0 record against Southern California, a streak that dates back to 2012.
The field includes the reigning national champion UCLA, as well as No. 1 South Carolina, No. 5 USC, and No. 16 Notre Dame, ensuring that every game will pit some of the country’s most formidable squads against one another.
Fans can purchase All‑Tournament Passes starting at $109, with pre‑sales for tickets opening on September 3, 2024 through AXS.com and MGM Rewards. The pricing tier offers affordable access to what promises to be a marquee event in the women’s college basketball calendar.
Duke enters the showcase bolstered by the return of three of its five ACC Championship starters and the addition of transfer Aaliyah Crump, the No. 5 recruit in the 2025 class, who will add depth and experience to the roster.
All six games will be broadcast live on ESPN and ESPN2, giving viewers nationwide a chance to follow the action as it unfolds in Las Vegas.
